HealthEOS Advantage 

HealthEOS Advantage is an optional suite of care management solutions that leverage the technology of the CareEngine Service to identify and address these specific healthcare situations:

Utilization Review. URAC-accredited utilization management services offered in partnership with ActiveHealth's Health Cost Management subsidiary. Services can be customized based on client needs and often include inpatient care review, outpatient notification, discharge planning, behavioral health review and review of other treatment modalities.

Case Management. URAC-accredited case management services offered in partnership with ActiveHealth Management. Services include case planning, coordination, negotiation and outcomes tracking.

Informed Care Management. Patient-centric disease management programs offered in partnership with ActiveHealth Management. The program, which is currently available for more than 25 condition clusters including asthma, diabetes, and congestive heart failure, utilizes a personal health coach and information to help patients more effectively manage their conditions. 

Pharmacy Benefit Management. A prescription drug management program offered in partnership with Envision Pharmaceutical Services. EnvisionRx enables online, real time application of rebates, discounts and administrative fee credits during the claims adjudication process. This "pass-through pricing" significantly reduces monthly invoice charges. Best of all, clients using the CareEngine Service in conjunction with EnvisionRx get the added benefit of drug claims data fed directly to CareEngine in as close to real time as possible.
